HOTEL & HOSPITALITY DESIGN — PLAYA DEL CARMEN
Hotels, glamping, hostels, retail —designed, built, opened.
One studio for hospitality projects in Playa del Carmen: concepts you approve before you sign, furniture built locally, construction crews and guest technology — first sketch to opening day.
Concepts and renders of your actual property.
Before any contract, you see the finished space: a concept book with materials, furniture and room-by-room renders of your property — not stock imagery. Hotels approve a sample room first; sites approve a sample unit. What you sign is what gets built.
- You approve one presentation, one budget
- First build a sample room or unit
- Renders your rooms, not a portfolio

Beds, tables and counters no other property has.
Guest-room beds, dining tables, bar counters and bunks are built locally in Quintana Roo.
- Built here parota · tzalam · teak
- Spec hospitality-grade finishes and fabrics
- Replacements from the same local makers, on call

Our own crews carry it through to opening.
Pools, bars, decks, facades and finishes — built by the studio’s own crews, phased so an operating property keeps selling nights while we work. One contract covers design, construction and installation; nothing is lost between an architect and a contractor.
- Crews ours — nothing subcontracted blind
- Phasing you keep operating
- Contract one, covering design to install

Wi-Fi, entry and sound guests never think about.
Starlink-backed internet that holds a full house, smart locks with per-guest codes and self check-in, lighting scenes and sound tuned per space. Installed by the same team, hidden in the architecture, handed over with instructions your staff can actually use.
- Internet Starlink-backed Wi-Fi
- Entry per-guest codes · self check-in
- Scenes lighting and sound, per space

On site with you — rooms, common areas, the arrival. You get a straight read on what raises the rate and what can wait.
Concept & sample
Concept book, renders and one budget. A sample room or unit is built first, so the look and the cost per key are fixed in writing.
Build & fit-out
Makers and crews run in parallel, phased around your calendar. An operating property keeps taking guests.

Questions, answered.
Do you take projects outside Playa del Carmen?
Yes — across the Riviera Maya, quoted individually for travel and logistics.
Is there a minimum project size?
Quoted per project. A single glamping deck and a forty-key hotel are both real briefs here — tell us the scope and we’ll tell you what it takes.
Can I hire you for just one part?
Yes. FF&E only, technology only, one bar, one shopfront. Each page above is a door into the same team — enter through the one you need.
Can you work with our architect?
Yes. We slot in as interior and FF&E lead, or as the design-build crew executing their drawings. Either way, one point of contact on our side.
How long does a fit-out take?
It depends on scope — a retail interior moves faster than a full hotel. The concept book fixes your timeline in writing before the build starts, and we sequence work around your trading calendar.
How is a project priced?
Per project, in writing, in the concept book — design, build, FF&E and technology itemised. No published rate card, no surprises after signature.
