On a roof or a terrace, the first question is load, not shape. We survey the slab and the drainage before we draw anything.
02Design and permit
Shape, depth, finish, coping, lighting and plant, drawn and costed. Municipal permits and HOA approval handled as part of the build.

Built, waterproofed and finished in chukum — the local lime-and-bark render that gives that soft, mineral water colour and holds up here.

How much does a custom pool cost in the Riviera Maya?
Most of our pools run US $25,000–$80,000+ installed, depending on size, finish, equipment and access. A rooftop plunge sits at the lower end; an infinity edge over the jungle at the upper. You’ll have a firm number before we break ground.
What is chukum and why do you use it?
Chukum is a Mayan lime-and-resin finish that cures into a seamless, soft, stone-like surface with no tile lines and a luminous color in water. It’s beautiful, ancient, local — and extremely durable when applied correctly.
How long does a pool build take?
Engineering, permits and the build run on one written schedule — we handle all three. Renovations and resurfacing follow the same discipline.
What does it cost to run and maintain?
Budget for filtration, chemicals and a weekly service visit. We size the equipment to the volume rather than overspec it, and we build the system out of parts a local pool service can actually get.
