Why ranges and not fixed prices?
  • Every property is different: size, condition, what you keep.
  • The quote is fixed once we measure, and it is in writing.
  • Nothing is ordered until you approve it.
Is Turnkey only for Airbnb owners?
  • No. It is consulting for anyone buying or setting up a property here.
  • Rent it, live in it, or both. The set-up is the same.
  • Many clients add a Refresh or a Full Design on our advice.
How is the Full Design fee set?
  • By the size of the property and the scope of the project.
  • Quoted after you approve the mood board.
  • It buys the 3D renders and the complete list, down to the linens.
What is in the quote?
  • Every piece, listed.
  • Design, delivery and installation as their own lines.
  • No surprises at the end.
Can I start small and add later?
