Feather-wrapped, low back, arms you can sleep on. The sofa guests don’t get up from.

Sectionals cut to your wall, sofas low enough to keep the sea view, lounge chairs that face the sunset. Performance fabrics that shrug off sunscreen, salt air and a rental’s eighth guest — built in Quintana Roo and delivered to Playa del Carmen.
Templated to your exact wall and window line, so the chaise faces the sea, not the kitchen.

On the coast, a sofa back is the thing between you and the horizon. Ours sit low — 70 to 78 cm — with plinth or timber bases that lift the piece off the floor and let the tile run under. Sized to your room, not to a container.

The chair by the window is where the owner sits, so we specify it for the climate.

The extra seat that isn’t a chair. Rope poufs that double as tables, a hanging rattan chair for the corner nobody used, leather slings for the reading nook. Light, movable, photographable — the details that show up in five-star reviews.

Tile is cool and easy; a rug is what makes it a living room. Natural jute for salt-air rooms, hand-woven Maya wool for pattern and warmth, vintage-wash pieces for the den. Sized to your seating group — front legs on, not floating.

Looks like linen, cleans like a countertop. Solution-dyed, fade-resistant, the default for every sofa we make.
Texture and depth without weight. Performance-grade weaves only — the ones that don’t pill.
Ages into the room. Sunscreen and sea salt only add to it — the den and reading chair material.
Breathes in humidity, dries in an hour. Solution-dyed marine rope for anything outside.
Kiln-dried, doweled and glued — the frame that doesn’t creak in year three.
Frames, foam and fabric chosen for a coastal climate and a rental turnover — and sized to fit up your staircase.
01We measure the wall the sofa sits against and the corridor, lift and stair it has to travel through. Sectionals are sized in modules that will actually make the turn.
02Kiln-dried hardwood frame, high-resilience foam, and a performance weave that takes sunscreen and salt. You sit on the samples before you commit.
03Cut, sewn and upholstered locally. Covers are made removable where the piece is going into a rental, because they will need washing.
04Carried in, assembled in the room, cushions plumped and packaging taken away. If a module will not fit, we knew that at step one.
A three-seat sofa in performance linen and a 400 cm sectional with a chaise are different projects. Send us the room dimensions and a photo and we quote it in writing — delivered, installed and with the fabric swatches in your hand first.
Solution-dyed performance linen or performance bouclé. The colour is in the fibre, not on it, so it doesn’t fade in a glass-walled room, and spills bead rather than soak. We use it on every rental sofa we make.
Yes. We measure the stairwell and door swings before we build, and design the sectional in sections that turn the corner. Nothing gets craned; nothing gets left in the lobby.
We build two densities: feather-wrapped for owner homes, high-resilience foam for rentals that see a new family every week. Both keep their shape; the second keeps it under abuse.
Every commission gets a written schedule at design sign-off — frame, upholstery, finish, install. If you are closing soon, we start from the plan so it arrives with the keys.
Always, with our own crew, and it is included in the quote. Placed, levelled, cushions fluffed, packaging gone.
Upload a photo of your living room to the Concept Lab and see it styled in five directions — then we work from the one you like.
Often. Send photographs and the dimensions and we will tell you honestly whether we can match the frame and the fabric or only get close. Where we cannot match it, we design a piece that sits beside it rather than fighting it.
Send the room dimensions and a photo — a quote within two business days, fabric swatches on request.
