Do you design the whole villa or just the interiors?
The whole property, if you want it — interiors, terraces, pool, palapa, gardens and lighting — because the same studio builds the construction and makes the furniture. You can also bring us in for interiors alone.
How long does a villa take?
The build is phased in one written schedule — interiors first, pool and palapa in parallel — so the house is usable early.
Can you work with my architect or builder?
Yes. We regularly design the interiors and outdoor rooms for villas under construction, coordinating with the architect so the furniture, lighting and finishes are planned before the plaster goes on.
How do you handle a villa that is also a rental?
We design for both: owner-grade design, turnover-grade materials where guests touch, and a photography plan for the listing. The studio is the design arm of PlayaStays, a property management leader in the Riviera Maya. We know what books.
What does villa design cost?
