It scales with the size and the level — a rental-grade one-bed and an owner’s three-bed penthouse are different projects. Send the floor plan and how you will use it; we return a fixed, itemised proposal within a week, furniture included.
Can you do it while I’m abroad?
Most of our owners are. We work from the developer plans, walk the unit when we get keys, send a presentation to approve, and photograph the result. You see it finished before you see it in person.
Do you furnish rentals differently from owner homes?

How long does it take?
