What we collect, why we keep it, and what we’ll never do with it — in plain language. Effective 25 September 2026.
You write to us about a project; we keep what you send so we can answer, propose and build. We don’t sell your information. We don’t trade it. We don’t publish photographs of your property without your written consent. The rest of this page is the detail behind those three sentences.
This policy covers playastaysstudio.com and the enquiries, messages and uploads that reach the studio through it. It takes effect 25 September 2026; the version on this page is always the current one.
Who we are
PlayaStays Design Studio, Av. CTM 22, Zazil-ha, 77720 Playa del Carmen, Q.R., Mexico. We are the studio responsible for the personal data described on this page. Anywhere it says “we” or “the studio” below, it means this business, at this address.
What we collect
Four things. Enquiry form data — your name, email, phone and whatever you tell us about the project. WhatsApp correspondence, when you choose to message us there. Concept Lab uploads — photographs of your property — and the renders we generate from them. And basic analytics: pages visited, roughly where from, on what device. Nothing beyond that.
How we use it
To reply to you. To prepare proposals and quotes. To design, build and deliver your project. And, in aggregate, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to advertisers. Ever.
Where it lives
On the systems of reputable hosting and customer-management providers we contract with, under their security terms and ours. We keep your data only as long as we need it — to answer an enquiry, run a project, or meet a legal obligation — and then it goes.
Project photography
Concept Lab uploads stay private — they exist to design your space, nothing else. Real photographs of a finished project appear on this site only with the owner’s written consent, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form or in writing to the studio address above, and we’ll act on it promptly.
Cookies
Two kinds. Functional cookies that make the site work — keeping pages fast, remembering a form in progress. And analytics cookies that count visits in aggregate. Nothing that follows you around the internet. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, this page changes first — with a new effective date at the top. A significant change to how we handle project data is told to active clients directly, not buried here.
