GLAMPING SITE DESIGN & BUILD — MEXICO
Glamping sites,designed and built.
From raw land to bookable units: decks, interiors, outdoor baths, fire circles and off-grid technology — designed in Playa del Carmen, built by our own crews, phased so you can open early.
Units guests pay hotel rates for.
Whatever the shell — dome, safari tent, cabin, or one we help you source — we design the inside like a room: a real bed, real storage, lighting, and a deck built for weather. Furniture comes built locally in teak and tzalam, made to live outdoors.
- Shell dome · safari tent · cabin — yours or sourced
- Inside bed, storage, lighting, bath
- Deck hardwood, built for rain and sun

The outdoor bath is the listing photo.
An outdoor shower under the canopy, a chukum plunge, a tub on the deck — these are the images that set a glamping site apart from a campsite and justify the rate. Plumbed properly, screened for privacy, beautiful in the photograph.
- Finishes chukum · stone · hardwood
- Privacy screened, planted, positioned
- Water plumbed and heated properly

Comfort that works far from the road.
Starlink-backed Wi-Fi across the site, warm lighting that runs on efficient circuits, smart locks so check-in doesn’t need a front desk. Installed by the same team that builds the units, and serviceable from Playa del Carmen.
- Internet Starlink, site-wide Wi-Fi
- Check-in smart locks, per-guest codes
- Power efficient, generator- and solar-ready

Walk the land
We walk the property with you — the views, the slopes, where the sun sets. You get a site plan direction and a straight answer on feasibility.
Concept & first unit
Renders of the units and shared spaces, one budget, and the first unit built as the proof.
Build in phases
Units open in batches — the first guests book while the next phase builds. Our crews, our local makers, one schedule in writing.

Styled, photographed, listed. The site earns while it grows.
Questions, answered.
Do we need an architect before we call you?
No. We’re a design-build studio — the plan, the drawings and the crews come from one place. If you already have an architect or a master plan, we work alongside it and take the interiors, furniture and shared spaces.
How remote is too remote?
Our crews build where trucks stop and paths begin — jungle, beach and cenote land included. Starlink removes the connectivity question. Access for materials is the real constraint, and we assess it on the first site walk before you commit to anything.
What does a unit cost?
Quoted per site. A dome interior on an existing platform is a different project from ten units with decks, bathrooms and a fire circle on raw land. Send the location and unit count and we’ll come back with a real number, not a range from the internet.
Can we phase it?
Yes — most sites should. We master-plan the whole destination once, then build in phases: open with a handful of units and the fire circle, add units as bookings prove demand. The design holds together at every stage.
Can we hire you for just the units?
Yes. If the site is built and the tents feel empty, we design and furnish the interiors and decks alone. No obligation to hand us the master plan.
Do you supply the domes or tents?
We design the interior and deck around whatever shell you choose, and we can help you select and source one. The shell is the easy part; the experience inside it is ours.
Bring the coordinates.
